There are many ways to perfect a pickle, and refrigerator pickles are one of the simplest methods! Come learn how to preserve and amplify seasonal vegetables (like pickling cucumbers, carrots, and peppers) with Shanta Nimbark Sacharoff – we will make 2 different types of flavorful and crunchy pickles during this workshop. Enjoy samples of the pickles + Shanta’s chutney and chai as a refreshing snack at the end of the workshop.
